About the job
As a Medical Affairs Industrial Placement student, you will be an integral part of our Medical Immunology team, supporting activities that contribute to our medical strategy across the UK and Ireland. You will work alongside Medical Advisors and colleagues from different teams, gaining hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects and developing your understanding of Medical Affairs.

Main responsibilities:
As part of this internship, you will:
- Support medical projects and activities aligned with the UK and Ireland medical plan.
- Work with colleagues across Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, Health Economics, Regulatory, and Clinical teams.
- Help develop scientific and educational content, including digital materials.
- Review and summarise scientific information to support ongoing Medical Affairs activities.
- Build your knowledge of the therapeutic area, Sanofi medicines, and the wider scientific landscape, sharing relevant learnings with the team.

About you
To excel in this role, you will need to have:
- Studying for a Life Sciences degree, either as an undergraduate (BSc) or as part of an integrated Master’s programme, and be returning to university to continue your studies after completing the placement.
- Fluent English, with the confidence to communicate clearly in both written and spoken settings.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with different people and teams.
- An organised and proactive approach, with the ability to plan your work, manage priorities, and pay close attention to detail.
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently when appropriate, while knowing when to ask for guidance.
- Confidence using common digital tools and office applications, with the ability to learn new systems.
