Hiring experienced Medical and Health Services Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems.

In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in directing clinical services, personnel, budgets, and compliance across healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated healthcare operations plans, staff assignments, compliance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.
  • Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, regulatory compliance, and clinical-service feasibility.
  • Review healthcare management scenarios involving budgeting, personnel administration, records management, and program planning and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Medical and Health Services Manager, Clinical Director, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Health Information Manager, or another closely related healthcare management role.
  • Experience directing or coordinating medical and health services across hospitals, clinics, managed care organizations, public health agencies, or similar settings.
  • Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.
  • Strong written English communication skills.

Additional Information

  • Start date: Immediate
  • Duration: Approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.

Contract and Payment Terms

  • You will be engaged as an independent contractor.
  • This is a fully remote role that can be completed on your own schedule.
  • Projects can be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on needs and performance.
  • Your work at Mercor will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution.
  • Payments are weekly on Stripe or Wise based on services rendered.
