Job Description: SBO-Single Business Office
Role Overview
Corrects errors or edits needed to get a claim out. Issues such as incorrect patient ID, diagnosis code not accepted, payer, etc. The role involves working closely with the billing team for back-office and verification work.
Responsibilities
- Work with the billing team on back-office and verification tasks.
- Use Excel heavily to process new information through patient accounts.
- Find ways to obtain missing information if any details are incomplete.
- Reach out to current patients to gather necessary information for their accounts.
- Process paper reports into the system when updates are required.

- Preferably a 2 or 4-year degree
- Retail or customer service experience

Pay and Benefits
- Pay range: $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
