Job Description

Location: Three Temple Quay, Temple Back East

Are you a Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional looking for a rewarding role where you can combine your clinical expertise with case management and member support?

At Healix Health, we're looking for a Clinical Case Manager to join our experienced team, supporting members through their healthcare journeys while ensuring access to high-quality, clinically appropriate and cost-effective care. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by guiding individuals through treatment pathways, liaising with leading healthcare providers, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes.

Working closely with members, families, clinicians, healthcare providers, clients and internal teams, you will manage a varied caseload and play a key role in delivering a first-class healthcare funding and case management service.

About The Role

As a Clinical Case Manager, You Will

  • Manage your own caseload, taking a proactive and member-focused approach to case management.
  • Liaise with healthcare providers, consultants and treating clinicians to coordinate appropriate treatment and care.
  • Monitor treatment plans and progress, ensuring care remains clinically appropriate and aligned to members' needs.
  • Support discharge planning and ongoing care arrangements.
  • Review healthcare costs and treatment pathways to ensure value and effective financial oversight.
  • Assess treatment eligibility in line with scheme terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation using our Case Management System.
  • Provide support and guidance to members regarding healthcare claims and treatment options.
  • Conduct Health Needs Assessments and provide wellbeing guidance, support and signposting where appropriate.
  • Offer clinical expertise and advice to internal stakeholders and non-clinical teams.
  • Contribute to service development, process improvement initiatives and clinical training activities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We work with governments, broadcasters, NGOs, international corporations, major insurers and more. No two clients are the same: we adapt our services to their needs.

More importantly, we adapt to the practical and human needs of the individuals we protect. Most of us are on the front line; we keep our back office lean. We don’t use scripts, and we don’t time calls. We never lose sight of the fact that we’re dealing with real people.

Company Culture

Instead, we focus on ensuring our highly trained specialists have the space and time they need to be effective. We let them use their initiative to get the job done, because the situations they face often throw up unexpected challenges – and no protocol survives contact with the real world.

Our clients have thousands of employees and customers, at home and abroad, so they need a business big enough to handle any situation. But they chose Healix because they also need an organisation that’s personal enough to care.

Our people are driven to do things in the best way, not the way they have always been done. We work hard, and our efforts are rewarded with great development opportunities and a supportive team spirit.

We want to nurture this friendly and dynamic company culture so that we can continue to attract diverse talent with a breadth of knowledge and world-class skills. As a part of Healix, you can expect a range of excellent benefits and an environment where people really do care.
