In our team you will learn:

As an Account Manager you will:

  • Build trusted partnerships with clients, becoming a valued extension of their team and a proactive contributor to their success.
  • Orchestrate multidisciplinary teams across medical, strategy, creative, digital and engagement disciplines to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.
  • Lead the successful delivery of complex programmes, ensuring quality, efficiency and exceptional client experience.
  • Translate client challenges into actionable plans, connecting the right expertise from across Song Life to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and grow accounts through innovative thinking and commercial awareness.
  • Champion collaboration, fostering strong relationships across teams and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
  • Use data, insight and audience understanding to help shape programmes that create measurable impact for healthcare professionals, patients and clients.
  • Act as a role model for excellence, supporting and developing more junior colleagues while continually investing in your own growth.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Specific healthcare agency experience especially in working within pharmaceutical codes of practice and rules and regulations
  • Building and nurturing client relationships
  • Managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Working in cross-functional teams and bringing together diverse expertise to achieve shared outcomes
  • Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and forecasting
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Problem solving, with the ability to connect client objectives to innovative solutions.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and adapting quickly within fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for healthcare and a genuine curiosity about how science, technology, creativity and experience can be combined to improve outcomes.

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the outstanding services we are known for.
