Job Description

Freelance Medical Writer / B2B Dental Content Specialist

Research and draft scientific, clinical content in English for the professional-facing website of a major dental products brand. The articles will contribute to establishing the brand as a premier educational resource for Dental Professionals, focusing on the evidence-based management of complex clinical indications in general and pediatric dentistry. The content will serve as Master Copy for translation and local adaptation in France and Germany.

Successful candidates who demonstrate strong clinical literacy and adaptability will be considered for long-term collaboration across a wider portfolio of dental indications and therapeutic areas.

Key Deliverables

  • 5 comprehensive, medical-grade articles: Covering clinical FAQs (phrased for dental professionals), diagnosis (latest scientific updates and differential diagnosis), treatment options based on state-of-the-art clinical guidelines, and patient/caregiver communication strategies.
  • Diagnostic decision tree (infographic script): A quick-reference visual guide to differentiate specific structural anomalies from similar clinical presentations.
  • Caregiver communication PDF guide: A script/FAQ sheet addressing parent/patient anxiety and friction points regarding specialized dental treatments.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Expertise in B2B medical copywriting, particularly in dentistry, oral healthcare, or pediatrics.
  • Ability to translate complex scientific guidelines (e.g., FDI, EAPD, EFP) and clinical friction points (e.g., local anesthesia failure, advanced bonding protocols, hypersensitivity) into actionable, evidence-based copy.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices: Ability to integrate long-tail clinical queries (e.g., "differential diagnosis of structural dental anomalies").
  • Previous experience writing for global pharmaceutical brands FMCG/healthcare organisations is preferable but not essential.
  • Versatility: Capable of researching and writing authoritatively across multiple dental indications for future projects.
  • Future Work: High possibility of extension for additional therapeutic areas.
