Job Description

Job Title: Medical Coordinator
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Birmingham Area
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Salary: Up to £31,000 DOE
Industry: Business Assurance

Overview of the role:

To support the UK Medical Devices Team to ensure that all activities required within the department are completed to the required standards, timescale and meet any internal or contractual KPI. To provide a high level of customer satisfaction, internal and external.

  • Carrying out Contract Review related work.
  • Notification of Change reviews.
  • Contract Work Sheet submissions along with proposal issuance and chasing in of approved sent proposals.
  • To carry out financial control activities including handling of client invoice queries, debtor management, raising of manual invoices, IBCR’s, creation and oversight of purchase orders (internal to SGS).

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Previous relevant office experience
  • Proficiency in using MS Office packages including Outlook & Excel
  • Experience of creating and maintaining spreadsheets/ databases in a working capacity
  • High levels of attention to detail, ability to apply advanced literacy and numeracy to the role
