Role Description

The Medical Device Sales Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of wound care products, medical consumables, and related healthcare devices. Day-to-day tasks include:

The role involves executing sales processes, negotiating pricing and contracts, monitoring market trends, and providing product and technical information to customers. The Medical Device Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand, support marketing initiatives, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. Regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline activities, and customer feedback is expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong Medical Sales experience, with a focus on medical devices, wound care, or healthcare consumables
  • Solid knowledge of Sales Processes and techniques, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategies
  • Skills in Product Demonstration and presenting technical features and benefits to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Understanding of Medicine and healthcare environments to engage credibly with pharmacists, clinicians, and procurement teams
  • Account Management skills, including maintaining long-term client relationships and managing key accounts
  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution, preferably in the UK market
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic office software for managing contacts, reporting, and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field is preferred
