MEDICAL TERRITORY MANAGER / MEDICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

Decontamination & Sterilisation Equipment

Established over 35 years with a reputation for excellent customer service and support, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturer of capital equipment used to ensure medical and surgical products are effectively decontaminated and sterilised, helping to support patient safety.

Territory: South West England and Wales (All)
Basic Salary: circa £50,000–£55,000
OTE: £75,000+
Package: Excellent package including car and corporate benefits

Relevant backgrounds: Territory Manager / Sales Representative / Account Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Specialist
Sector experience: Medical equipment / Decontamination / Sterilisation / Capital equipment

THE ROLE

Are you an experienced Medical Device Sales professional looking for your next opportunity?

We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to take ownership of a defined UK territory, managing key healthcare accounts and driving growth across capital equipment, consumables and service solutions.

This is a relationship-led, consultative sales role where you’ll work with healthcare professionals, clinical stakeholders, key decision-makers and procurement teams to develop existing accounts and identify new opportunities.

The role will involve:

  • Managing and growing an established portfolio of healthcare accounts
  • Building strong relationships with clinical and commercial stakeholders
  • Identifying capital equipment, consumable and service opportunities
  • Growing the installed base and increasing product and service penetration
  • Managing a strong sales pipeline and delivering against annual targets
  • Presenting solutions, proposals and business cases to customers
  • Supporting new equipment installations and Go Live activities
  • Providing product training to end users where required
  • Working with procurement teams through complex healthcare buying processes
  • Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new market opportunities
  • Working closely with Service, Finance and Operations teams

You’ll ideally have a proven track record in medical device or healthcare sales, with experience managing sales pipelines, achieving targets and developing relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Experience selling capital equipment and an understanding of NHS structures and procurement processes would be highly desirable.

If you’re commercially driven, confident engaging with clinical and procurement stakeholders, and enjoy developing long-term customer relationships while identifying new opportunities, this could be a great next step.
