UK Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven UK Sales Manager to join our team on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional looking to take ownership of a growing territory, develop distributor relationships, and drive revenue growth within the medical device sector.

The role is primarily field-based, requiring regular travel across the United Kingdom to engage with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve agreed revenue targets across the UK market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to support business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distribution partners.
  • Identify, onboard, and support new distributors across the region.
  • Manage the sales forecasting process and provide accurate market intelligence.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions with customers.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and support.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience within the medical device industry - bonus if experience is with blood/ plasma/ medical refrigeration.
  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive commercial results.
  • Experience working directly with distributors or channel partners is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.

  • Position: UK Sales Manager
  • Location: United Kingdom
  • Contract Type: Contractor
  • Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Travel: Approximately 75% field-based
  • Expenses: Hotel, travel, meals, and mileage fully reimbursed
