Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Medical Doctor at GRG Health. The Medical Doctor will provide clinical expertise to support healthcare market research projects, including reviewing study protocols, validating medical content, and ensuring clinical accuracy in survey instruments and reports. Responsibilities include interpreting clinical data, offering insights on treatment pathways and patient journeys, and advising on relevance and feasibility of research methodologies from a medical standpoint. The role involves collaborating with analysts and project managers, participating in expert interviews or advisory discussions, and contributing to medical writing or peer review of research outputs as needed. The Medical Doctor will also help ensure that all activities align with ethical standards and current clinical guidelines.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise and experience: Licensed Medical Doctor (MD, MBBS, or equivalent), with strong clinical knowledge and familiarity with current medical guidelines.
- Healthcare research and analytics: Ability to interpret clinical and real-world data, experience with healthcare or market research projects, and understanding of evidence-based medicine.
- Communication and collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex medical concepts to non-clinical stakeholders, and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
- Technology and remote work readiness: Proficiency with digital collaboration tools, ability to work independently in a remote setting, and openness to technology-driven approaches (AI/ML exposure is an advantage).
- Professional and ethical standards: Commitment to patient confidentiality, ethical research practices, attention to detail, and high standards of accuracy and integrity.
- Preferred background: Experience in life sciences consulting, pharmaceutical or biotech industry, health economics and outcomes research (HEOR), or medical writing is beneficial.
