Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Medical Doctor role focused on providing high-quality clinical care within MantraCare’s AI-supported ecosystem. The Medical Doctor will review and interpret AI-generated assessments, conduct virtual consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing telehealth follow-up for patients across relevant clinical domains. Qualifications

  • Active medical license and board certification (or board eligibility) in a relevant specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, psychiatry, endocrinology, or similar).
  • Experience in telemedicine or virtual care delivery, with strong comfort using digital platforms and electronic health records.
  • Clinical expertise in one or more of MantraCare’s focus areas, such as mental health, diabetes management, musculoskeletal conditions, or preventive care.
  • Strong patient communication skills, including the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and lifestyle recommendations clearly in a remote setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, integrating input from therapists, coaches, and other health professionals.
  • Commitment to evidence-based medicine, continuous learning, and openness to working alongside AI-driven tools and decision support systems.
  • Comfort managing a diverse patient population across different regions and cultural backgrounds; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable, private environment for conducting remote clinical consultations.
