Medical Education Co-ordinator
Are you an experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills and a passion for supporting learning and development? We are looking for a Medical Education Co-ordinator to join our friendly and busy team at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
In this varied role, you will lead the co-ordination of Resident Doctor Induction, weekly postgraduate teaching, study leave, training programmes, conferences and Medical Education projects. You will work closely with senior medical educators, doctors, NHS England and colleagues across the Trust, while line managing the Medical Education Administrator.
You will be confident managing multiple priorities, resolving problems and maintaining accurate records. Strong communication, Microsoft Office, database and reporting skills are essential, together with line management experience and the ability to work using your own initiative.
The role offers hybrid working, with a base at Unit 8, The Point, Sleaford. Independent travel to other Trust sites will be required preferably with own transport.

You will lead and co-ordinate the delivery of medical education activities for resident doctors, SAS doctors and consultant psychiatrists. This includes organising Resident Doctor Induction, weekly postgraduate teaching, training programmes, conferences and workshops, both online and face-to-face.

You will manage trainee allocations, study leave applications, budgets and expenditure; maintain accurate education, training and compliance records; populate training rotas; and analyse feedback from induction, teaching and national surveys. They will resolve complex queries and respond effectively to changes, including speaker cancellations and some rota cover.
The role provides professional administrative and project support to the Director and Associate Director of Medical Education, tutors and educators. It includes supporting meetings, business cases, strategies, reports, presentations, newsletters and website content, alongside liaison with NHS England and partner organisations.
You will line manage the Medical Education Administrator, oversee workload and development, and provide responsive and compassionate support to doctors in training. They will work independently, prioritise competing demands and contribute to service improvement across Medical Education.
