Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and PROCEPT's growing network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), the role will manage the end-to-end delivery of peer-to-peer education programmes while developing the analytics, reporting and insights needed to evaluate programme performance, maximise return on investment and identify future growth opportunities.

In addition to programme management, the role will provide strategic business intelligence through market analysis, HCP engagement tracking, utilisation reporting and KPI dashboards, enabling data-driven decision making across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, analytical and commercially minded individual looking to shape the future of Medical Education within an innovative medical technology company.

This Role will also be responsible for developing and driving the coordination, and reporting the impact of Field marketing activities including, Patient Awareness Events, HYDROS Roadshows, broader clinician education and awareness. The role will develop tools and consistency in delivery and report out of the effectiveness with a view to broaden team with dedicated headcount resource as required.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve

Business Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track key Medical Education and commercial KPIs.
  • Measure the ROI and effectiveness of Medical Education programmes and events.
  • Analyse HCP engagement across the education journey and identify opportunities to increase participation and adoption.
  • Track conversion from Medical Education activities to Aquablation Therapy utilisation.
  • Produce regular market performance reports, including public and private sector utilisation trends.
  • Generate actionable business insights to support strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Identify opportunities, risks and market trends through data analysis and performance reporting.

Medical Education & Events

  • Plan, coordinate and execute PROCEPT's Medical Education programme calendar across the UK and EMEA.
  • Manage all event logistics, including venue coordination, faculty management, delegate registration and post-event follow-up.
  • Streamline Event Management through SalesForce.com
  • Partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to develop and deliver high-quality peer-to-peer educational programmes.
  • Maintain the Medical Education calendar and ensure programmes are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Manage demonstration equipment inventory and programme resources.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements based on participant feedback and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate all field Marketing content and delivery including Roadshows, GP and Patient Awareness events
  • Set Goals, Targets and Report on business performance within our IDN Network.

KOL & Stakeholder Management

  • Support the identification, segmentation and development of PROCEPT's KOL network.
  • Coordinate KOL engagement plans, contracts, activity tracking and payments.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Commercial Excellence, Regulatory and Legal teams.
  • Ensure all Medical Education activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations and the PROCEPT Quality Management System.

The Qualifications We Need You to Possess

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in Medical Education, Events, Marketing, Commercial Operations or a related field.
  • Strong project and event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and event management systems.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering operational excellence.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Delivery of high-quality Medical Education programmes on time and within budget.
  • Increased HCP engagement and programme attendance.
  • Demonstrable ROI from Medical Education investments.
  • Timely, accurate and actionable business dashboards and reporting.
