A growing healthcare education business is looking for a Medical Education Manager to join its UK team.

This is a broad role for someone who enjoys being involved across the full lifecycle of independent medical education, from identifying educational needs and shaping programmes through to content development, faculty engagement and delivery.

You'll have plenty of ownership, working closely with senior colleagues while managing projects across webinars, live events and other educational formats.

The role:

  • Leading independent medical education projects from planning through to delivery
  • Supporting the development of education strategies and identifying unmet educational needs
  • Building relationships with KOLs, faculty and professional societies
  • Managing webinars, events and other educational programmes end-to-end
  • Developing learning objectives and supporting medical education content
  • Writing and editing materials including scripts, educational content and promotional copy
  • Managing project timelines, budgets, suppliers and contracts
  • Supporting the development of proposals and grants for educational programmes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
