Are you passionate about advancing clinical practice through education and building meaningful partnerships with healthcare professionals? As our Medical Education Manager for Non Healing Wounds, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative medical education programmes across the NEUCAN region, including the Nordics, UK & Ireland, and Canada. This field-based role is ideally suited to someone based in England with good access to our Watford office and the flexibility to travel extensively across the territory.

Working at the intersection of clinical expertise, education, and commercial strategy, you will help create engaging learning experiences that support healthcare professionals in the safe and effective use of Advanced Wound Management therapies. If you enjoy influencing clinical practice, working cross-functionally, and delivering programmes that make a real difference to patient outcomes, this could be the opportunity for you.

What will you be doing?

You will work closely with healthcare professionals, clinical experts, and professional societies to build networks of educators, innovators, and thought leaders. Through a blend of in-person and digital learning solutions, you will help deliver high-quality educational experiences that support healthcare professionals and strengthen Smith+Nephew's position as a trusted partner in wound care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
