Job Description
The post holder will provide a professional front-of-house service for the Medical Education Centre, supporting doctors, students, educators, and visitors. They will contribute to the effective delivery of undergraduate and postgraduate medical education programmes through efficient administrative support, excellent customer service, and the maintenance of a welcoming and professional learning environment.
The post holder will be responsible for a range of reception and administrative duties, including:
- Managing room bookings
- Responding to enquiries
- Supporting teaching and training activities
- Assisting in the day-to-day operation of the Medical Education Centre
They will also help ensure that the Centre is maintained to a high standard and operates efficiently for all users.
The post holder will normally work 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and may occasionally be required to work flexibly to provide cover between 8:00am and 4:00pm in line with service requirements.

The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute Hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics, and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit, and outpatient clinics.
