Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch – Surrey
Atrium is recruiting for a Medical Information Customer Experience Specialist with fluent Dutch to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a Life Sciences or Healthcare background who are passionate about customer experience and supporting healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers.
This is a PAYE 6mths role, 37hrs per week, onsite work 50%
Responsibilities:
- Respond to medical and product enquiries via phone, email, webforms, and live chat
- Research and provide accurate medical information using approved resources
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in both Dutch and English
- Accurately document enquiries and responses in line with regulatory requirements
- Identify and report adverse events and product quality complaints
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and wider Medical Information activities
- Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure a consistent customer experience

Essential Requirements:
- Native-level Dutch (C2) and fluent English
- Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to understand and communicate scientific information clearly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in processing Medical Information
- Pharmacovigilance or Drug Safety knowledge
- Any experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology or Medical Devices industries
- Previous experience supporting Healthcare Professionals, Patients, or Caregivers
