We’re looking for confident and motivated Sales People to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities
- Engaging with warm inbound leads and generating new business through outbound calling and lead generation
- Taking clients through a full fact-finding process to understand their needs
- Recommending the right private medical insurance policies from leading providers
- Building trust and rapport to close sales and achieve monthly targets
Required Skills
- High-performing sales individuals with a proven track record of success
- Ambitious salespeople who are ready to take the next step in their career
- Experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
- Previous exposure to lead generation and cold calling
- Excellent capacity to retain and learn new information
- A resilient, tenacious attitude and the ability to self-motivate
- Strong communication skills and confidence when working under pressure
- A drive to succeed and progress within a growing company
- Health insurance background not required. Full training provided

Pay range and compensation package
- £25,000 basic salary
- Realistic £60,000+ OTE with uncapped commission
- Full training and ongoing development
- Clear career progression opportunities into management and team leadership
- Pension scheme
- 28 days holiday (including bank holidays)
- Monday–Friday working hours — no weekends
