Are you a recently qualified Solicitor with a passion for Medical Negligence work?
An established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea is seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor (NQ:2 PQE) to join its growing specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in a supportive environment, handling your own caseload while gaining exposure to complex and high-value claims.
The Role
Working Alongside Experienced Medical Negligence Specialists, You Will
- Manage your own caseload of medical negligence matters with appropriate supervision
- Assist on complex and high-value claims
- Liaise with clients, medical experts, counsel and healthcare providers
- Draft legal documents and prepare matters for settlement negotiations and court proceedings
- Provide clear, empathetic and practical advice to clients throughout the claims process
- Play an active role in the continued growth of the department

About You
To be considered, you will:
- Be a Qualified Solicitor with up to 2 years PQE
- Have experience in Medical Negligence, Personal Injury or Litigation, gained through a training contract or previous role
- Possess excellent communication and client care skills
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong drafting and case management abilities
- Be proactive, driven and committed to delivering exceptional client service
