Associate – Medical Negligence

London | Permanent | Full-Time

Are you an ambitious Medical Negligence Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a Legal 500 Top Ranked Firm?

We're partnering with one of the UK's leading claimant law firms to recruit an experienced Solicitor into its highly regarded Medical Negligence team in London. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading practice renowned for handling some of the country's most complex, high-value, and life-changing cases.

You'll work alongside recognized experts on a diverse caseload of catastrophic injury claims, including brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, birth injuries, amputations, and other complex medical negligence matters. This is a role where you'll make a genuine difference, helping clients secure the compensation and support they need to rebuild their lives.

The Role

You will take ownership of a varied caseload of complex medical negligence claims from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. You'll advise clients with empathy and confidence, instruct leading medical experts, negotiate with defendants and insurers, and work collaboratively to secure the very best outcomes for clients whose lives have been profoundly affected by medical negligence.

We're keen to speak with solicitors who have:

  • 4–8 years PQE.
  • Strong claimant Medical Negligence experience.
  • Experience managing complex and high-value litigation.
  • Excellent client care, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • A genuine passion for representing seriously injured clients and delivering exceptional outcomes.
