We are looking for an experienced Medical Process Consultant to support a global pharmaceutical transformation to Vault CRM. The consultant will translate Medical Affairs and Medical Information stakeholder needs into clear processes, controlled workflows, and testable business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medical process analysis and engage with MSLs, Medical Information teams, and global/local process owners.
- Facilitate stakeholder sessions and reconcile regional requirements and variations.
- Map medical engagement, medical insights, and inquiry workflows, including exceptions, handoffs, ownership, and closure criteria.
- Develop process narratives, requirements, business rules, and acceptance scenarios.
- Support the transition to Vault CRM by reviewing capabilities, identifying gaps, and documenting dependencies.
- Review solution demonstrations, clarify requirements, and coordinate with Veeva and retained-system owners.
- Support business testing and prepare handover documentation.
- Identify and escalate policy, clinical, or safety-related decisions to the appropriate stakeholders.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or process consulting.
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical Medical Affairs, Medical Information, or medical CRM workflows.
- 2+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes.
- Experience participating in at least one Vault CRM discovery, transition, requirements, configuration review, or business-testing project related to medical processes.
- Experience working across multiple markets and directly with medical stakeholders.
- Strong experience with SOP-based process analysis, requirements traceability, and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of scientific interaction recording, medical insights, inquiry routing, and the separation between medical and commercial activities.
- Experience with medical information systems, safety escalation handoffs, or business UAT is a plus.
- BPMN, Jira/Confluence, and German or French are desirable.
- Life sciences, pharmacy, or related education is a plus but not required.
