Medical Receptionist
(Monday Friday)
We are currently looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person with excellent customer services skills to join our Practice Medical Reception team. The role will include dealing with patients over the telephone or face to face, requests for information, processing prescriptions, making appointments and a range of other administrative duties. Good working knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, etc) is desirable. Experience with Vision and Docman would be advantageous but not essential, as training would be provided.
The service runs Monday to Friday from 7.45am to 6:30pm so we are looking for an individual who is flexible and able to work different shifts.

Typical Shift Pattern
- 8.00am to 15.30pm
- 11am to 18.30pm
Weekly hours ideally 35 hours per week. The Practice would consider less hours / job share for the right candidate(s). The successful applicant(s) must be available to work both shift patterns to fit in with our teams working rota.
