About the Role
As a Medical Records Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills, and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers, and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support. That’s why we’re looking for someone who brings a blend of strong administration skills and a passion for exceptional customer care to join us.

Additional Physical Requirements
Please note: This role involves a significant amount of physical activity. Medical records are primarily stored in paper format, and the successful candidate will be required to regularly retrieve, transport, file, and re-shelve patient records. Duties may involve standing, walking around the department, bending, reaching, and lifting files throughout the working day.

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery supported by a Level 3 critical care unit covering a vast range of specialties such as:
- Brain surgery
- Cardiac surgery
- General surgery
- Orthopaedics and spinal surgery
In addition, we offer a comprehensive diagnostic service, including cardiology tests and interventions, diagnostic imaging – MR, CT, Mammography, Plain film, and Ultrasound, fully equipped Physiotherapy department with gymnasium facilities.
