Medical Records Administrator

As a Medical Records Administrator at our Oxford Hospital, you’ll bring a keen eye for detail, strong secretarial skills, and great communication abilities. You’re proficient with Microsoft Office, comfortable working with numbers, and you’re committed to providing our teams with the best level of support. That’s why we’re looking for someone who brings a blend of strong administration skills and a passion for exceptional customer care to join us.

As a Medical Records Administrator you will:

  • Dealing with high volumes of patient notes
  • Preparing clinics and all administration duties involved with medical records.
  • Supporting the transaction of the medical records process
  • Work calmly in our high volume department
  • Prepare clinical notes for outpatient and inpatient departments

About The Manor Hospital, Oxford

Working with leading consultants, we prevent, diagnose, and treat many medical conditions and offer a wide range of complex surgery and services. Our facilities include an ITU, acute dependency, and an oncology unit. Our site is near NHS Trust hospitals including a specialist cancer hospital. The working atmosphere is highly professional and stimulating, yet friendly and collaborative like that of a large family unit.
