You will have a good understanding of the NHS and customer priorities, with the ability to build trusted relationships across primary care. You will be confident communicating scientific and clinical information, identifying customer needs and developing tailored solutions that create value for both the customer and Chiesi. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing strategic account planning with day-to-day execution, and will be motivated by delivering both customer and business outcomes.

This Is What You Will Do

  • Promote Chiesi's AIR portfolio in line with national and local priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with GPs, Practice Nurses, Practice-Based Pharmacists, Healthcare Assistants, and other key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement customer account plans across Primary Care Networks (PCNs), practice clusters, and individual practices.
  • Identify opportunities to support customers through education, medical support, co-created projects, and value-add initiatives.
  • Understand customer challenges and work collaboratively to develop tailored solutions.
  • Utilise both digital and face-to-face engagement channels to maximise customer impact.
  • Gather customer insights and act as the Voice of the Customer within Chiesi.
  • Support Chiesi's sustainability agenda and B Corp commitments through partnership working and shared objectives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
