Position: Subject Matter Expert Medicine & Biostatistics Chart Analysis
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $25 - $50/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 - 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Interpret complex medical and biostatistical charts with professional accuracy.
- Draft clear, objective, and multi-step analytical questions based on intricate visual data.
- Deliver precise, unambiguous answers with comprehensive explanations in expert-level written English.
- Apply domain-specific medical and biostatistical terminology accurately in all deliverables.
- Design reasoning tasks that emphasize graphical interpretation, comparisons, and calculations.
- Collaborate reliably with project teams via written and verbal communication channels.
- Produce verifiable reasoning assignments that support training and evaluation use cases for AI models.

Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Medicine, Epidemiology, Biostatistics, or related field.
- Strong experience interpreting clinical trial data and epidemiological visualizations.
- Demonstrated advanced skill with medical chart components and statistical annotations.
- Proven ability to articulate analytical processes in high-quality written and spoken English.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and ideally a second language relevant to the field.
- Experience in technical documentation or analytical task development for AI-related projects.
- Background in producing benchmark questions or data annotation tasks for clinical research or AI.
