Medicina is a British medical device company with over 30 years of experience in designing, developing, and supplying innovative healthcare solutions worldwide. Our product portfolio includes Enteral, Specialist Neonatal, Safety & IV, Stoma Care, and Non-Invasive Ventilation solutions.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Territory Manager to join our growing UK sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and grow an established territory, build long-term customer relationships, and play a key role in supporting healthcare professionals with high-quality medical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers across the territory.
- Achieve and exceed territory sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
- Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with healthcare providers.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively and provide accurate sales forecasts.
- Deliver product training and clinical support to healthcare professionals, ensuring confidence and best practice in the use of Medicina products.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and industry events where required.

About You
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Excellent communicators with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, driven, and target focused.
- Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Willing and able to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Based within the territory they will manage.
- Experienced in sales or medical sales (preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided).
- Holders of a full UK driving licence (essential).
