Medical Sales Associate – Surgical Products
Outline:
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone to work with a well-respected business within healthcare technology. A highly respected company with a great range of award-winning products, looking for an enthusiastic person to join the region.

The Role:
- Working with award-winning Electrosurgical products, no day will be the same in this exciting and rewarding role.
- The role is field-based and covering the North of England, mostly along the M62 corridor, working alongside more senior sales colleagues to maximize sales across the region.
- The Sales Associate role will assist with clinical education across the region, along with meeting existing customers to maximize customer interactions and brand recognition.
- The Sales Associate will have the ability to manage the day-to-day activity and work tasks related to running the territory while liaising with the Territory Manager.
- Supporting clinically with trials, training/CPD and with case cover, as required across the region.
- It is vital that you provide effective and efficient customer support to the highest possible standards at all times, collaborating closely with your other colleagues in sales, clinical, administration, and customer support when required.
- You will nurture and grow revenues from existing customers, while identifying new business across the area and working closely with senior colleagues to onboard new clients.
- In this role, you will also research and investigate other opportunities to ensure business growth, attending Trade Shows etc, as and when required.

The Package:
- Basic salary of £35k in year one
- Fully expensed company car (hybrid)
- 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
- Pension scheme
- Private healthcare
The Ideal Person:
- You will need to have a Human Science-based degree with some sales experience (it could be medical, B2B, or B2G field sales, or you have a strong surgical theatre-based clinical background).
- You could also have a clinical specialist background but want to move into a role that combines clinical and sales duties.
- We are looking for a motivated self-starter with an ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic industry.
- A human-based science degree is desirable, but not essential if you have the proven surgical theatre, B2B/B2G field sales, or any medical sales experience.
- Customer-facing work experience is highly desirable, but it's not essential.
- It’s essential that you are a proficient user of MS Office packages, and will ideally have used some form of CRM systems, but it's not vital.
- An outgoing personality and excellent people skills are vital soft skills that you'll need!
- Applications must live in the North of England and along the M62 corridor, from Liverpool to Leeds, and that includes the Sheffield area as well.
- Full Driving Licence is essential
- Full right to work in the UK is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry)
