Role Description
As a Medical Sales Consultant at DHI London clinic, located at 43 New Cavendish St. W1G 9TH, London, United Kingdom, for our hair transplant services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the clinic's growth by acquiring new clients, managing relationships with prospective patients, and providing expert guidance throughout their hair restoration journey. This role requires a blend of medical knowledge, sales acumen, and a strong understanding of the cosmetic and aesthetic industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective patients, understanding their needs, explaining the hair transplant process, and discussing potential outcomes.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Manage the sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Patient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout their experience with the clinic.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the medical team to ensure a seamless patient experience, from initial consultation through post-procedure follow-up.

Qualifications
- Five, or more, years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the medical, aesthetic, or cosmetic industry.
- Strong understanding of hair transplant procedures, or a willingness to learn quickly and deeply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is a plus.
