💼 What You'll Do
- Manage and grow business across Surrey, Sussex & South West London
- Maintain existing NHS accounts while developing new regional partnerships
- Engage with senior stakeholders at ICB, primary care and acute level
- Develop care pathways and support formulary opportunities
- Build relationships with Directors, Heads of Service, Locality Leads and Medicines Management
- Work closely with TVNs, District Nurses, Podiatrists, Dermatologists and Leg Ulcer Specialists
- Sell a portfolio including compression, advanced wound dressings, debridement and bandaging products
- Prospect for new business and target key decision-makers

👊 Who We're Looking For
- Healthcare, clinical or medical sales background
- Strong understanding of the NHS
- Wound care or compression sales experience would be a significant advantage
- Commercially minded with confidence developing new business
- Comfortable engaging senior clinical and commercial stakeholders
- Strategic, relationship-focused and proactive
- Full UK driving licence
💰 The Package
- £45K-£55K basic
- £8K uncapped commission
- Company car or £780pm car allowance
- 10% pension
