Territory Manager – Cardiac | South West

We're partnering with a leading healthcare organisation seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive growth across the South West. Representing an innovative portfolio spanning Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac Therapy and Electrophysiology (EP), you'll work alongside some of the UK's leading cardiac centres while enjoying the support of a business renowned for its collaborative culture and commitment to employee development.

Your Territory
You'll take ownership of a well-established South West territory, with key accounts including:
- Plymouth
- Southampton
- Oxford
- Bristol
- Cardiff
- Swansea
This is a strategically important territory offering significant opportunities to develop existing relationships and unlock new business across leading cardiac centres.
The Opportunity
Managing a market-leading portfolio across Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac Therapy and Electrophysiology (EP), you'll build trusted relationships with cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, consultants, theatre teams, cath labs, specialist nurses and procurement professionals. You'll become a valued clinical partner, supporting product evaluations, delivering education and helping clinicians adopt technologies that improve both patient outcomes and service efficiencies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Drive territory sales growth and increase market share.
- Build and develop long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and NHS stakeholders.
- Deliver clinical product demonstrations, education and in-service training.
- Support product evaluations and the introduction of new technologies.
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise territory performance.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
- Work collaboratively across the wider business to deliver exceptional customer support.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.
About You
You'll be an ambitious and commercially driven medical device sales professional with a passion for building relationships and delivering results.
You'll ideally have:
- A successful track record in medical device sales, ideally within Cardiac Surgery, Cardiac Therapy or Electrophysiology (EP). However attitude is more important...
- Experience selling into NHS hospitals and understanding NHS procurement pathways is key...
- Strong relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Confidence engaging with consultants, clinicians, theatre teams and procurement stakeholders.
- Excellent commercial awareness and territory planning ability.
- A full UK driving licence.
