We are an established and growing ENT medical device company looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven Medical Sales Representative to join our team and help develop our UK business.

This is an exciting opportunity to represent a specialist portfolio of innovative ENT medical devices and technologies, working with NHS and private hospitals, consultants, surgeons and other healthcare professionals across the UK.

Our portfolio includes medical laser systems, injectables, associated consumables and other specialist ENT products.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing new business and building strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and hospital trusts throughout the UK.

The role is field-based and will involve regular travel throughout the UK, including attending customer meetings, demonstrations, clinical training sessions, exhibitions and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business across NHS and private hospitals throughout the UK
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, surgeons and key hospital decision-makers
  • Promote and sell our specialist ENT portfolio, including medical lasers, injectables and associated consumables
  • Deliver product demonstrations and support customers throughout the sales journey
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and industry events, including occasional European conferences
  • Work closely with our team to grow and develop the UK market

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is confident, personable and motivated, with the ability to build excellent professional relationships.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical or hospital sales
  • Experience selling into the NHS and/or private healthcare sector
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, commercially driven approach to developing new business
  • Confidence working independently as well as part of a close-knit team
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the UK
  • Experience within ENT, medical lasers, surgical devices or related medical technologies is needed

Salary

Salary package negotiable depending on experience, plus bonus and uncapped commission earning potential, with the full remuneration package to be discussed at interview.
