Join our Neurosurgery team and play a key role in bringing innovative surgical solutions to healthcare professionals across the UK.
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Specialist who thrives on building strong clinical relationships, identifying new business opportunities and delivering commercial success. Working closely with Consultant Neurosurgeons, theatre teams and key decision-makers, you'll help drive the adoption of specialist surgical products while supporting better outcomes for patients.

Key Details
- Job Title: Medical Sales Specialist
- Department: Neurosurgery
- Location: Field-based role covering Sheffield, Leeds, Hull & Nottingham
- Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop sales and market share across a designated Neurosurgery territory.
- Build strong relationships with Consultant Neurosurgeons, theatre teams and key decision-makers.
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities while growing existing customer accounts.
- Support the introduction and adoption of innovative Neurosurgery products.
- Deliver territory sales targets through effective planning, account management and business development.
- Attend customer meetings, demonstrations, workshops and industry events as required.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records using Salesforce.

What You’ll Need To Succeed
- A proven sales track record within the theatre environment, selling technical products at all levels.
- Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and building strong customer relationships.
- A proactive and resilient approach.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Highly organised, with a structured approach to managing a busy territory.
- Experience within Neurosurgery would be advantageous.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including overnight stays as required.
