About The Job
As Medical Science Liaison within our UK and Ireland Transplant team, you'll serve as the trusted scientific partner to key external experts and transplant specialists, engaging in meaningful scientific exchange to advance understanding of post-transplant care and accelerate data dissemination in transplant medicine.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the management of transplant-related complications while building robust, long-term peer relationships with thought leaders across Centers of Excellence and the broader medical community. Ready to get started?

Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key medical experts, specialists, and thought leaders in transplant medicine, serving as their scientific partner
- Share scientific data and medical information with healthcare professionals, answer their questions, and support them in developing best practices for patient care
- Develop and deliver educational materials and training programs to help the medical community stay informed about advances in transplant care
- Work with internal teams across the organization to coordinate engagement with external experts through multiple channels, ensuring a personalized and consistent approach
- Gather insights from conversations with medical professionals and provide feedback to help shape the organization's medical strategy and scientific messaging
- Support access and reimbursement discussions with payers and formulary committees, helping them understand the clinical value and evidence for transplant treatments
- Stay current with medical and scientific developments in transplant medicine and help identify opportunities for collaboration between internal teams and external researchers

About You
- Background in a clinical, academic, or research environment, ideally with exposure to transplant medicine, immunology, or specialty healthcare settings
- Strong interpersonal abilities with the capacity to build genuine relationships; comfortable working collaboratively in cross-functional teams; adaptable and able to thrive in complex, evolving environments
- Solid understanding of medical science and clinical decision-making; ability to interpret scientific data and translate it into clear, compelling narratives for different audiences; comfortable with digital tools and able to analyze feedback to generate actionable insights
- Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (such as MD, PhD, or Pharmacy degree)
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
