Vacancy Announcement
A vacancy has arisen for an individual to undertake a wide range of medical secretarial duties within the Medicine Directorate.
Key Requirements
- Proficient in using Microsoft packages
- Previous administrative and secretarial experience
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Educated at HNC or equivalent
- High standard of work processing and audio typing
- Sound knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience of hospital IT systems would be advantageous

Employment Details
- Code of Conduct: You will be required to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout your employment.
- Hours of Work: 36 hours per week, Monday-Friday
