Job title: Medical Secretary / Patient Coordinator

Workplace type: Remote · Location: United Kingdom · Employment type: Part-time (or Contract)

Description

Have you worked in an ADHD or autism clinic, or do you bring lived experience of neurodivergence? You might be the medical secretary we're looking for.

About AuDHD Psychiatry

We're a fully remote private service specialising in ADHD and autism assessment and treatment for adults and children. We support clients from screening through diagnosis and ongoing medication management, including shared care with GPs. Many of our team are neurodivergent, and we're proud to be neuro-affirming for staff and clients alike.

The role

Part-time, around 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, afternoons and early evenings. You'll work alongside our morning administrator to give the clinic full-day cover. Alongside core medical secretary duties, you'll be first point of contact for prospective clients: returning enquiries, explaining our service, helping people book, and following up with people who haven't completed a booking.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
