Role Description
The Medical Technologist role at GRG Health is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting healthcare market research through strong laboratory and medical expertise. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

The Medical Technologist will collaborate with analysts and project teams to provide medically sound insights that enhance research outcomes and support client projects. The role also involves:
- Reviewing clinical and laboratory information
- Contributing to protocol development
- Maintaining documentation aligned with industry standards and internal guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medical Technology, with the ability to apply laboratory-based knowledge to healthcare market research.
- Hands-on Laboratory Skills and familiarity with Laboratory Medicine practices, including sample handling, test interpretation, and lab safety.
- Experience with Quality Control processes in laboratory or clinical environments, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance.
- Broad understanding of Medicine to contextualize laboratory findings within clinical practice and patient care pathways.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medical Technology, Laboratory Science, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Prior experience in healthcare research, clinical laboratories, or life sciences industry projects is an advantage.
