Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect healthcare and pharmaceutical products safely and efficiently.
• Manage a multi-drop route while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Scan and track consignments accurately.
• Complete daily vehicle and refrigeration unit safety checks.
• Ensure products remain within the required temperature range during transportation.
• Accurately capture delivery information using handheld technology.
• Complete driver manifests and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with operational teams and customers.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, healthcare regulations, and road safety requirements.
• Present a professional and courteous image at all times.

Essential Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years' driving experience.
• Full UK Category B Driving Licence.
• Ideally no more than 3 penalty points.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused approach.

Desirable Experience

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience.
• Experience working in healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, or logistics environments.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.

Working Hours

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Due to the nature of healthcare logistics, flexibility is essential. Additional hours may be required to support urgent and time-critical medical deliveries.

Drivers can typically expect to work between 48 and 52 hours per week, depending on operational requirements.

Oversees and manages the pick-up and delivery of packages/goods to and from customers in a local vicinity. Maintains compliance with regulatory requirements. Performs manual work that requires skills developed through formal training or work experience. Works within established procedures and guidelines. Completes assigned tasks with a moderate supervision.
