In our team you will learn:

As a Medical Writer you will:
- Develop high-quality scientific and medical content across a range of therapeutic areas, channels and audiences.
- Translate scientific data, clinical evidence and complex medical concepts into clear, accurate and engaging communications.
- Support the development of content for healthcare professionals, patients and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Contribute to scientific storytelling and content approaches that help clients communicate their evidence effectively.
- Build a strong understanding of client objectives, scientific priorities and audience needs.
- Collaborate closely with account, strategy, creative, digital and client teams to deliver integrated healthcare solutions.
- Ensure all content meets the highest standards of scientific accuracy, editorial quality and compliance.
- Apply critical thinking when reviewing evidence and interpreting scientific information.
- Support content reviews, quality control processes and implementation of editorial best practices.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Explore opportunities to use technology and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight generation and content development while maintaining appropriate scientific oversight.
- Contribute ideas that help strengthen existing programmes, create new opportunities and improve how we work.
- Continue developing your scientific expertise, communication skills and understanding of the healthcare landscape.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Medical communications, scientific writing, healthcare content development.
- Strong scientific background with an ability to understand and interpret clinical data and scientific literature.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Developing content for healthcare professional, patient or scientific audiences.
- Adapting writing style to meet different communication objectives and audience needs.
- Working within regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environments.
- Managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Applying scientific and critical thinking to solve problems and strengthen content quality.
- Understanding the importance of editorial processes, compliance and quality standards.
- Curiosity about emerging technologies and how AI can support content development and optimisation.
- A willingness to learn, develop and continuously expand scientific and therapeutic area knowledge.
