Medical Writer

Remote UK or hybrid - London/Manchester

£35,000 – £40,000 + benefits

An established and highly regarded medical communications agency is seeking experienced Medical Writers to join its growing scientific team. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-quality medical affairs and publications projects for leading pharma and biotech clients, within a collaborative and scientifically rigorous environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Converting complex scientific data into clear, concise, and accessible content
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling narratives that advance medical science
  • Ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Conducting comprehensive research to remain updated on the latest medical developments
  • Creating educational materials and promotional content that facilitate the delivery of innovative medicines to patients globally

Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience gained in a medical communications agency
  • Strong writing abilities and a passion for conveying complex ideas, complemented by a strong customer focus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to simplify complex information for varied audiences
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and staying informed about industry trends
  • Experience in medical affairs and publications
  • Commutable distance to London or Manchester
