We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy bank team. This is an exciting opportunity to work across both ward-based clinical services and the pharmacy dispensary, providing a varied role that will allow you to use and develop a broad range of pharmacy skills.

You will work as part of the multidisciplinary team on the wards, supporting the safe and effective use of medicines, while also contributing to the provision of a high-quality and efficient dispensing service.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Pharmacy Technician with excellent communication and organisational skills, a commitment to patient-centred care, and the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a wider pharmacy and multidisciplinary team.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a varied pharmacy service, developing and maintaining skills in both clinical medicines management and dispensary practice. Bank working provides flexibility while allowing you to make a valuable contribution to patient care and the wider pharmacy team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
