Medium Duty Truck & Diesel Technician (310T)
Mayfield Ford Lincoln is looking for a Medium Duty Truck & Diesel Technician (310T) to add to our high-performing service team in Brampton. Mayfield Ford Lincoln is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
We’re looking for a skilled, dependable Technician who takes pride in their work and knows their way around medium-duty trucks and diesel systems. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles while working alongside a team that values quality workmanship, efficiency, and getting the job done right.

Compensation: $50 flat rate hourly.

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on medium-duty trucks and diesel vehicles.
- Use diagnostic equipment and technical information to accurately identify and resolve issues.
- Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
- Examine trucks to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
- Road test vehicles to verify repairs have been completed properly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Follow manufacturer specifications, dealership procedures, and all safety requirements.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Work collaboratively with Service Advisors, Parts, and other Technicians to keep jobs moving efficiently.
- Stay current with new technologies, repair procedures, and technical training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Truck and Coach Technician (310T) License.
- Experience working in a technician position.
- Ford experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Experience with domestic brands would be considered an asset.
- Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well with a team.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
