Overview

Baxter International Inc. is a global leader in healthcare, dedicated to saving and sustaining lives through innovative medical products and technologies. We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Manager to protect and grow existing customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for an assigned territory within the Welch Allyn and Hillrom product groups. The role has a heavy focus on driving customer retention, expanding device connectivity into Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems and positioning Baxter’s connected care solutions against increasingly commoditised competitors.

Success will be achieved through strong account management, strategic stakeholder engagement, identification of clinical and operational challenges, and the delivery of solutions that improve patient safety, workflow efficiency, and digital transformation objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Installed Base Development

  • Maintain and grow the existing installed base of Welch Allyn low-acuity vital signs solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans focused on customer retention, expansion, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Identify risks within the installed base, including competitive displacement threats, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure customers realise maximum value from existing investments through optimisation, training, connectivity, and workflow improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
