Your role:
We are seeking a result-driven Sales Manager across the Northern part of the UK to support the launch of our new category, Nuance Audio, which integrates cutting-edge AI-powered audio technology targeting individuals with mild hearing loss.
As a global leader in eye care and eyewear, EssilorLuxottica is uniquely positioned to introduce Nuance Audio not as a standalone product but as part of a complete pair solution, leveraging our comprehensive lens portfolio—from single-vision to progressive lenses.

This role is instrumental in driving market penetration, establishing strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless adoption of our cutting-edge Nuance audio solutions for both B2B and B2C channels.
Main responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Seek and See opportunities: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence within assigned territories in line with company ambition.
- Build partnerships: Establish and nurture relationships with optical retailers, audiologists, and distributors to drive sales growth.
- Prospect and acquire new clients: Engage with potential B2B partners, generate B2C leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Sales Execution & Performance Management
- Achieve sales targets: Deliver on key sales KPIs, including revenue growth, market share, and customer acquisition metrics.
- Demonstrate product value: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, training, to educate partners and enhance product adoption.
- Manage sales pipeline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and market insights in CRM tools.
Performance Management & Market Insights
- Achieve sales targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs, contributing to revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Leverage market insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback and market data to refine sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate reporting: Track sales activities, manage pipelines via CRM tools and provide accurate reporting to internal stakeholders.

Main requirements:
- Proven experience in field sales or commercial roles ideally within the MedTech industry.
- Strong commercial acumen: Expertise in crafting business opportunities, negotiating commercial offers, and driving business activation.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with audio solutions is a strong plus.
- Have a full, clean driving license (essential).
