The Role Outline: Your Week at a Glance
As our Meetme & Groups Coordinator, you will be the hybrid engine behind our business bookings. Working flexibly between home and the office, you will take total ownership of sales and service for all meeting rooms and group bookings across voice, chat, email, and agency portals, turning inquiries into confirmed revenue.
Why Village?
At Village, we do hospitality a little differently. We are all about personality, genuine connections, and creating great experiences for our guests and each other. That is why we back our teams to be themselves, take ownership, learn new skills, and grow their careers.
Previous hospitality sales experience is great, but your attitude, energy, and commercial drive matter much more to us. If you are highly motivated, love a stretching target, and can handle objections with absolute confidence, we will give you all the support you need to thrive. Because it really does take a Village.
How the Village Thrives
We live our culture through four simple commitments:
- We Can & We Do: We show up to make a genuine difference and do fantastic work every day, with purpose.
- We Will: Treat each other with respect and dignity. No ego, no drama. We try our best and look out for each other.
- We Care: We care about our impact on guests, the community, and each other.
Your Shift: What You Will Actually Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
