The Role
Outline: Your Shift at a Glance
From a 50th birthday to a Bar Mitzvah, and from the Wedding of the Year to a high stakes working lunch, Village Hotel Clubs have the perfect space to celebrate in style. As our Meetings & Events Sales Office Manager, you are the commercial driver of these spaces. You will handle every enquiry professionally, proactively hunt for new business, and ensure flawless administration.

- The Commercial Strategy: Drive the M&E budget. You will cater packages for all clients and replace guesswork with quantifiable application velocity metrics to forecast accurately.
- The Execution: Deliver absolute attention to detail. Ensure all event administration is flawless and communicated to operations with total precision.
- The Leadership: Manage a high performing team. You will navigate defensiveness to coach your staff, review wage costs using TnA, and foster commercial awareness.
- The Internal Bridge: Protect the operation. Ensure seamless communication with the GM and front of house teams so they can actually execute the dream your team just sold.
