We're looking for an exceptional Meeting & Events Sales Office Manager to lead our talented team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests. From corporate conferences and dinners to weddings and private celebrations, you'll play a key role in turning enquiries into remarkable events.
As the heartbeat of our Meetings & Events Sales Office, you'll inspire and develop your team, build lasting relationships with clients, and ensure every enquiry is handled with warmth, professionalism and creativity. You'll bring fresh ideas, identify new opportunities, and help shape innovative event experiences that drive commercial success, while creating memorable guest journeys that inspire clients to return time and again.

Driving Commercial Success
- Oversee the full enquiry-to-contract process, ensuring every opportunity is maximised.
- Drive conversion, revenue and upselling strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor enquiry pipelines and performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
Building Lasting Relationships
- Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, event organisers and key stakeholders.
- Deliver a personalised and professional service that exceeds client expectations.
- Act as an ambassador for the venue, showcasing everything we have to offer.
Delivering Excellence
- Work closely with Operations, Food & Beverage and Finance teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Continuously review and improve processes to enhance both efficiency and the guest experience.
- Ensure every event begins with a great customer journey from the very first enquiry.
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in Meetings & Events Sales, Hospitality Sales, Venue Sales or Hotel Sales Management.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing a successful team.
- An open, creative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities, generate fresh ideas, and drive innovative approaches that enhance the guest experience and grow revenue.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering revenue growth.
- Strong commercial awareness and confident negotiation skills.
- Experience managing enquiry pipelines and conversion performance.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
- The confidence to make informed commercial decisions and take ownership of results.
