Shape the Future of Corporate Events and Travel

Join Talma Europe as a Meeting & Event Consultant and become the strategic partner that top corporations rely on for their most important events. You'll move beyond routine bookings to orchestrate complex international conferences, incentive programmes, and high-stakes corporate meetings that drive business success.

What You'll Be Doing

End-to-End Event Coordination (45% of your time)

  • Manage complex group air travel for meetings, conferences, and incentive events
  • Handle changes, reissues, refunds, and cancellations with precision
  • Coordinate multi-location departures for groups of varying sizes
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, venues, and transport providers
  • Maintain accurate booking and financial information in internal systems

Outstanding Client Experience (20% of your time)

  • Respond to requests via phone, email, and digital channels with pace and professionalism
  • Deliver calm, supportive service during disruptions or urgent changes
  • Make Talma indispensable through proactive service and attention to detail

Quality and Compliance (15% of your time)

  • Follow client travel policies, supplier rules, and internal procedures
  • Maintain high accuracy to protect against billing errors and service risks
  • Handle data responsibly in line with GDPR, PCI, and duty-of-care standards

Team Collaboration and Development (15% of your time)

  • Manage workload effectively to meet service targets
  • Support colleagues during peak periods or disruptions
  • Engage in training and continuous improvement initiatives

Commercial Awareness (5% of your time)

  • Support accurate invoicing and billing processes
  • Identify value-add opportunities while remaining cost-conscious

What You'll Need

  • Experience in corporate travel or service-led environment
  • Working knowledge of Sabre GDS
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and changing priorities
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and team support mindset
  • Confident using email, booking systems, and Microsoft tools
  • Experience booking groups, meetings, and events
  • Exposure to invoicing, bill-backs, or private travel requests
