A Bit About What You Will Do...
Our Team Leader will provide direction, instructions, and guidance to the Meeting & Events Team whilst ensuring they maintain a high standard of discipline, staff morale, and report any grievances or complaints to the M&E Services Manager and in their absence the Assistant M&E Operations Manager.

- Supports the team and manager on duty
- Anticipates guest dissatisfaction and takes appropriate action to avoid guest complaints.

- Provides encouragement to team members.
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance.
- Communicates deadlines to team members.
- Generates and shares team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.
